BAYweb devices utilize a Cloud Computing architecture. Most of the functionality is resident on our servers. This allows us to continuously improve our products with enhancements and updates, minimizing the need to update the device itself.
Should you ever need a software update on your BAYweb device, we will ship you a replacement for the cost of shipping. Once you replace your device, just return the old one in the same box using the prepaid shipping label.
