Please include your product serial number and User ID (if you have one) with your message. If you must talk to a service representative, please call during normal office hours. Product UpdatesBAYweb devices utilize a Cloud Computing architecture. Most of the functionality is resident on our servers. This allows us to continuously improve our products with enhancements and updates, minimizing the need to update the device itself. Should you ever need to update your BAYweb device, we will ship you a replacement at no charge, other than for the cost of shipping. Once you replace your device, just return the old one in the same box using the prepaid shipping label.
